Interesting Sources Used in My Oral Presentation
Here are some sources I used in my oral presentation
First source:
Mayo Clinic. Lewy body dementia. Mayo Clinic. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/lewy-body-dementia/symptoms-causes/syc-20352025
In this article, the Mayo Clinic explains what is Lewy body dementia. The staff talks about the symptoms that people with Lewy body dementia may suffer from. Additionally, they present the different causes of this disease and what risk factors to look for. The article also presents the complications that can occur with this disease. I thought this article was interesting because Robin Williams actually suffered from this type of dementia.
Second source:
Factual America Podcast. (2020, November). Robin's Wish: Who Robin Williams Really Was. Youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pECxalROFI
In this documentary, multiple people talk openly about the struggles in Robin's life and other aspects of his life. Furthermore, they discuss different topics such as the way people saw Robin Williams, Lewy body dementia and humanitarian tours. Also, this documentary is really exceptionnal because it talks about many aspects of Robin's life.
Excellent sources and summaries, Béatrice!
RépondreSupprimerHere are a few elements to improve:
- Verb tense - the way people were seeing Robin Williams
- Vary some of your vocabulary (i.e.: also) - additionally, moreover, furthermore, etc.
I thought that you're sources and summaries were very good and precise.
